Backing away from ‘multimedia specialist’ self branding
Some advice from a working reporter: Be a reporter first, to which you add multimedia skills.
This is the website for the senior-level Journalism Ethics course required of students in the Journalism Minor at the University of San Francisco. We are delighted that non-minors are among us this Fall.

I agree, 100%. Reporting skills come first, but it is so important that you also know the basics when it comes to working with a camera, editing your own material, and using the Internet regularly.
